Why i got into the Industry. Having been in many sectors before from Retail, Trades and Manufacturing, i found myself not being fulfilled within my work. Knowing quite a few people who were already in this industry i found they all talked very highly of their jobs with their clients. Having so many people around me who have been Support Workers for decades encouraged me to pursue a change where i felt like i would make a difference for others.

I frequent the gym and before a nasty knee injury I was very into body and muscle building
I've also studied and learnt through personal experience on how to assist with counselling or creating a safe environment to help talk and listen to any problems or upsetting life events to ease the thought of having to go through it alone
I'm always happy to do that extra part and really make it an experience where you or family feel a sense of independence and we can interact on a comfortable level to help customise your life and experience things you've always wanted to do.
